Sagar Paul

Sagar Paul is an experienced Capital & Maintenance Programs Analyst at Toronto Hydro since March 2020, specializing in the execution of high-voltage capital projects and maintenance programs while managing electrical design firms and construction contractors in compliance with standards. Prior to this role, Sagar served as a Sourcing and Contracting Officer at Thales, overseeing strategic sourcing for aerospace and ground transportation divisions, and held positions as a Supply Chain Analyst and Industrial Engineering and Procurement Intern. Sagar's early research experience includes contributions to microfluidics and biometric recognition algorithms at respected institutions. Sagar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from McMaster University, a Master of Engineering in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Ryerson University, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
