Vithushan Thevakesaran

Vithushan Thevakesaran is a Customer Operations Lead at Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre since November 2020, where responsibilities include managing program transitions for over 25 sports, overseeing data for various leagues, ensuring safety during activities, and addressing customer inquiries. Additionally, Vithushan serves as a Soccer Coach at Wexford Soccer Club since September 2017, focusing on the development of over 100 young athletes through tactical practices and inclusive training methods. Previous experience includes working as a Customer Service Representative at Simply Smart Home, where Vithushan supported clients with smart home products and contributed to increased sales, and as a Shift Supervisor at Tim Hortons, demonstrating leadership and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.
