Joseph Fischetti

Joseph Fischetti serves as the Associate Director of Real Estate Development and Leasing at Greater Toronto Airports Authority, overseeing a non-aeronautical commercial real estate portfolio valued at over $125 million. With a strong focus on strategic execution and financial performance, Joseph leads development and leasing projects, manages extensive tenant relationships, and drives acquisition efforts for multiple properties. Prior roles included Manager of Airside Property Leasing and Development and Senior Representative for Landside Properties, where Joseph directed significant real estate initiatives, negotiated high-value agreements, and implemented continuous improvement in operational performance.
