Shannon Cartier

Shannon Cartier is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in various roles within law enforcement and corporate settings. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Advisor for the Toronto Police Service since November 2022, Shannon previously contributed to the Durham Region as a Communications Administrative Assistant and worked as a Corporate Communications Generalist for the Durham Regional Police Service. Shannon’s background also includes positions like Flight Operations Manager at PrecisionHawk and freelance writing, alongside reporting and photography at The Eganville Leader. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English from Carleton University and a journalism degree from Centennial College.
