Jason Galbraith

Jason Galbraith is a seasoned legal and business professional with extensive experience in the investment and mergers & acquisitions sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director and Chief Legal Officer at TorQuest Partners since November 2018, Jason previously held the position of Director and Legal Counsel, Investments at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan from September 2015 to October 2018. Prior to that, Jason was a Partner at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, and started as an Associate focused on private equity at Latham & Watkins. Jason's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, and a Bachelor's Degree in Arts (summa cum laude) from York University.
