Sean Sullivan

Sean Sullivan is a seasoned legal and business professional currently serving as Managing Director and Chief Legal Officer at TSG Consumer Partners since May 2025, alongside a role as a Board Member on the Strategic Advisory Board of Green Coffee Company since November 2024. Prior experience includes Trustee at Grace Cathedral and notable positions at The Duckhorn Portfolio, where Sean held multiple executive roles focused on driving business transformation and strategy. Sean's legal expertise was established during a tenure at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, advising on significant IPOs and M&A transactions, preceded by experience in investment banking at Credit Suisse. Sean holds a law degree from Columbia Law School and an undergraduate degree from Saint Mary's College of California.
