Isabela C. Lopera Montoya, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Torrco since March 2018, where responsibilities include leading talent acquisition strategies, managing training and development programs, and overseeing the annual performance management process. Previously, Isabela worked as a Human Resources Administrator at The Human Resource Consulting Group, handling onboarding and offboarding paperwork, and as a Certified Trainer and Bartender at Buffalo Wild Wings, where exceptional customer service and sales improvement were key contributions.
