James Shaw

James Shaw is a senior partner at Torres Victor, having recently joined the company in June 2019. Before joining Torres Victor, James worked at DeMahy Labrador Drake Victor Cabeza Markowitz & Shaw, P for nearly 14 years as a Partner in Complex Business, Insurance, and Injury Litigation. James handles various complex litigation cases in areas such as professional malpractice defense, commercial and business litigation, premises liability, insurance defense and coverage, and personal injury. James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the College of Charleston and a J.D. degree in Law from the University of Miami School of Law.
