Brett Pope

Brett Pope, CFA has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Brett is currently a Managing Director at Torreya, a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked at JPBP Capital as a Private Investor and Consultant from March 2016 to September 2020. From May 2012 to January 2016, Brett was the Chief Executive Officer at SWK Holdings. Brett also co-founded and served as a Principal at PBS Capital Management, LLC from April 2009 to January 2016. Brett's earlier experience includes working as a Partner at Highland Capital Management, a $40bn asset management company, from March 2001 to May 2008. Brett began their career as an Equity Analyst at Streetadvisor.com and later worked as a Senior Research Analyst at Southwest Securities from 1996 to 1999.

Brett Pope, CFA completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance at The University of Texas at Austin from 1989 to 1993.
