Jennifer Nakata possesses extensive experience in eCommerce merchandising, currently serving as Senior Manager for Site Merchandising at Torrid since July 2019. In this role, Jennifer leads the eCommerce merchandising strategy, focusing on optimizing product placement, navigation, and enhancing the customer journey to drive engagement and conversion.
