Rich has held roles such as Director of Logistics at Torrid, rue21, and Nike, as well as AVP Transportation and Logistics at Ascena Retail Group, Inc. Their expertise includes managing transportation operations, negotiating contracts, and implementing supply chain systems. Rich has worked with global brands like Chico's FAS Inc., American Eagle Outfitters, and The Limited Inc., showcasing their ability to optimize logistics operations and drive efficiency.

Rich Byrnes completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Organizational Communications at The Ohio State University from 1979 to 1983. Prior to this, they attended Worthington High School.
