Justin Manoryk

Justin Manoryk has extensive experience in the legal field, with their most recent position being Legal Director, Media & Litigation at Torstar Corporation. Prior to that, they worked as a Legal Counsel at the same company. Before joining Torstar Corporation, Justin worked at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, where they served as an Associate and handled various legal matters such as commercial litigation, contractual disputes, class action defense, media law, constitutional law, and international and domestic arbitrations. Justin also acted as an Articled Student and a Summer Articled Student during their time at the firm. Justin's experience in the legal field also includes working as a Research Assistant at Peter A. Allard School of Law and a Career Services Student Assistant at the same institution. Outside of the legal field, they have gained experience as a Group Leader at the Toronto Zoo, where they entertained and educated visitors, supervised employees, and maintained rides. Justin also worked as an Activities Director at Temple & Temple Tours Inc., leading tours and providing educational information and entertainment. Additionally, Justin has worked as an Usher for the Toronto Blue Jays.

Justin Manoryk completed their education with a Juris Doctor degree in Law at The University of British Columbia from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature/Italian Studies at the University of Toronto from 2008 to 2012.
