Holly Foot has extensive work experience in various roles within the recruitment and human resources field. Holly has held positions such as People Director at Tortilla Mexican Grill plc, Head of Employee Relations and Head of Resourcing at TGI Fridays UK, and Head of Resourcing within multiple departments at Merlin Entertainments plc. Holly has also worked as an Accountancy & Finance Recruitment Consultant at Hays and a Business Support Consultant at Sirius Buisness Support. Additionally, they have served as an Administrator/Consultant at 1st Recruitment, Jersey and as Deputy Manager/Acting Manager at Warehouse Fashions.

Holly Foot obtained a BA HONS degree in Psychology from Bournemouth University from 2005 to 2008. Holly continued their education at the same university and earned an MSc degree in Forensic Archaeology: Crime Scene & International Studies from 2008 to 2009.
