Marvin Yeap has worked in the Human Resources field since 2019. Marvin started as an HR Intern at Focus Point Vision Care Group in 2019, where they assisted in recruitment activities and prepared weekly and monthly reports. In 2020, they were promoted to Human Resources Executive at the same company, where they handled recruitment activities, monitored manpower and hired for HQ and outlets independently, sourced talent proactively from various recruitment online portal and offline channels, and led employer branding initiatives. In 2022, they joined Torum Technology Sdn. Bhd. as a Senior Human Resources Executive.

Marvin Yeap attended Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) from 2018 to 2020 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in the field of Business Administration and Management, General.
