Andrea Dolan is an experienced payroll and pensions professional with a strong background in managing payroll functions. Currently serving as a Senior Payroll and Pensions Officer at Torus since September 2019, Andrea oversees the monthly payroll for approximately 900 staff members, handling all aspects in-house without outsourcing. Prior to this role, Andrea worked at Torus62 Ltd from January 2010 to September 2019 as a Payroll & Pensions Officer, administering Local Government Pension Schemes and Auto Enrolment Pension Schemes. Andrea began the career at St Helens Council as a Corporate Payroll Team Leader from April 2006 to December 2009, supervising a team responsible for processing payroll for over 10,000 employees. Educational qualifications include 9 GCSEs with grades C or above, covering subjects such as English, Maths, Chemistry, Geography, German, Business Studies, Cookery, and Typing, all obtained at Haydock High School from 1984 to 1989.
