Debbie Attwood

Debbie Attwood has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Debbie currently holds the position of Group People Director at Torus since January 2023. Prior to this, Debbie was the Human Resources Director at ForHousing from April 2022 to November 2022. Debbie also worked at ForViva as the Group Director of People from April 2018 to March 2022, Director of Organisational Development from December 2016 to March 2018, and Assistant Director of Human Resources from June 2015 to November 2016. Before joining ForViva, Debbie served as the Head of People Services at North Wales Police from January 2005 to May 2015. Debbie started their career at HM Revenue & Customs, where they worked as a Human Resources Manager from February 1992 to December 2004. Additionally, they have been a member of the People Committee at ClwydAlyn since November 2019.

Debbie Attwood holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Wrexham University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained the FCIPD certification from CIPD in November 2022.
