Edoardo Guerra

Edoardo Guerra began their career as a professional athlete for Federazione Italiana Nuoto from 2003 to 2009. In 2015, they co-founded Genote, where they served as a Co-founder responsible for Managed Product and R&D until 2019. Edoardo then worked for BambooHR as a Business Solutions Consultant from 2019 to 2020. Edoardo continued their career as a Director of Seed Stage Deals at BYU Cougar Capital from 2021 to 2022. Edoardo served as a Corporate Development Intern at Weave HQ in 2021 and as a Senior Manager of Corporate Development (M&A) at Pluralsight from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Chief of Staff at Torus, where they oversee the development of the company's first residential renewable power station made from 95% renewable materials, aiming to decarbonize at least 60-80% of household carbon emissions within the first three years of use.

Edoardo Guerra obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the Università degli Studi di Padova in 2012. In 2020, they began studying for a Master of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurship and Strategy at Brigham Young University, which they are expected to complete in 2022. In February 2021, they earned a Brandwatch Certification, and they have also obtained a certification from CITI Program, A Division of BRANY, though the specific time of obtaining is unknown.
