Bill Higgins

Bill Higgins is currently the Director of R&D Engineering at Toshiba America Electronic Components- Storage Design Center. Prior to this role, Bill served as a Principal Engineer at Toshiba America Information Systems- Storage Design Center and Maxtor Corporation. With a Ph.D. in Chemistry from UC San Diego, Bill has a strong background in engineering and has held various engineering positions at Quantum and Censtor. Bill also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Physics from Augustana College.
