Thé Phan offers extensive experience in software engineering and test automation, with a career spanning nearly three decades. At KIOXIA America, Inc., Thé held roles as Test Automation Lead / Technical Manager and Test Automation Developer, achieving significant improvements in code quality and test execution productivity. Prior to KIOXIA, Thé worked as a Staff Software Engineer at Emulex, developing a verification test framework that substantially reduced defects. At Hewlett-Packard, Thé served in various capacities, including Program Manager and R&D Project Manager, successfully managing product releases and developing innovative solutions. Thé holds a BS and BA in Computer Engineering and Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
