Kirk Goldman is the VP of Business Strategy at Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions, Inc. Prior to their current position, they held the title of Strategy and Business Development Executive at IBM from August 2001 to August 2012. In this role, they were responsible for the divestiture of IBM's Retail Store Solutions business to Toshiba TEC. Kirk also defined the Mergers and Acquisition strategy and structured business case for IBM's RSS business. In addition, they developed and launched key partnerships with store solutions vendors.

From January 1998 to December 2001, Goldman was an Associate at Mainspring. In this role, they consulted with clients in the Retail, Consumer Products and Financial Services Industries on eCommerce, business transformation, mergers and acquisitions and divestitures. Kirk also developed a comprehensive cross-banner e-Commerce strategy – including in-depth financial modeling – for a leading global retailer.

Prior to their work at Mainspring, Goldman was a Research Associate at Harvard Business School from January 1996 to December 1998.

Kirk Goldman attended Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science.

Kirk Goldman reports to Rance M. Poehler, President & CEO. They are on a team with Bill Melo - Chief Marketing Executive, Jacqueline Moss - VP and CHRO, and Luaskya C. Nonon - Deputy General Counsel & DEI Task Force Chair.
