Alok Ranjan has been with Toshiba India Pvt Ltd since December 2011, where Alok holds the position of Senior Manager - HR & Administration. In this role, Alok is responsible for talent acquisition and management, vendor development, career development, succession planning, training & leadership development, Change Management, and Policy implementation. Prior to joining Toshiba, Alok worked at LANCO INFRATECH LIMITED as Assistant Manager - HR, focusing on Performance Management System, talent acquisition, and management for a specific Special Purpose Vehicle in the Hydro Division.
