Hany Fawzy

Hany Fawzy is an experienced engineer with a strong background in the maintenance of high-tech devices, technology, and electronics, specializing since 1997 in areas such as computers, tablets, laptops, networks, printers, mobile devices, projectors, and interactive videowalls. Hany has been with El-Araby Group since July 2007 and has held multiple engineering roles at Toshiba and its affiliated service centers, including Technical Support Engineer and PC & Laptop support. Hany possesses certifications from Toshiba and NEC, demonstrating a commitment to resolving hardware issues and providing exceptional customer service. Hany completed a degree in electrical power from Helwan University Cairo and holds a diploma in Information Technology from Ain Shams University.
