Jonna Huovinen

Jonna Huovinen has worked in various HR roles since 2016. Jonna began their career at Biotermo as an HR Specialist, where they were responsible for workforce planning, safety training documentation, and employer branding. In 2017, they moved to Air Liquide, where they held two roles: NWC HR Support Coordinator and Nordic HR Coordinator. In 2019, they began working at Antell as an HR Specialist, and in 2021, they took on the role of Group HR Manager at Tosibox, where they are responsible for the HR processes and their development in Finland, Sweden, Germany, USA, and Australia.

Jonna Huovinen has a Master of Administrative Sciences from the University of Lapland in Leadership Psychology, a Bachelor of Social Sciences (B.Soc.Sc.) from the University of Lapland in Applied Psychology, and has taken courses in International Business from the University of Canberra and Purdue University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Solaforce Oy, Suomen Ensiapukoulutus Oy, Greenstep, Sympa HR, ADITRO, Kellokortti.fi (Aacon Oy), and Smartum Oy.
