Alex Ha

Alex Ha has a strong background in product management and advisory roles. Alex is currently serving as the Chief Product Officer at Viva Republica (Toss), where they lead agile teams and drives product strategy to grow customers, revenue, and profit. Previously, Alex worked as a Key Advisor and Selection Committee member at Berkeley SkyDeck, where they supported Cal entrepreneurs and startups. Alex also served as a Sales Coach and Judge at Alchemist Accelerator, helping ventures backed by the accelerator with their enterprise sales. Alex acted as an Advisor for GoodTime.io, an AI scheduler startup, and Adereso, a helpdesk for text messaging customer support. Prior to that, they held various positions at Amazon and Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Head of Product for IoT and Automotive services and Head of Product for Delivery Experience. Alex also worked as the Head of Product for Domain Add-Ons at GoDaddy and held multiple roles at CDNetworks Inc. and Bixon Networks.

Alex Ha obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Industrial Engineering from Yonsei University, where they studied from 1997 to 2003. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, from 2013 to 2015.
