Jihyun Cha has a diverse work experience history. Jihyun started their career at AMOREPACIFIC, where they worked as an Internal Communications & Corporate Support role from February 2019 to February 2020. In this role, they coordinated employee experience, managed corporate events, and implemented internal networking platforms.

After AMOREPACIFIC, Jihyun joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2020 as part of the Talent Acquisition team. Jihyun Cha obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Yonsei University's Underwood Division from 2016 to 2021. Additionally, from 2018 to 2019, they were an exchange student at the University of Hertfordshire's Business School studying Economics. Prior to that, they attended Seoul National University from 2013 to 2016, but the degree and field of study are not specified.

Jihyun Cha also holds several certifications. In March 2021, they completed the "Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" from LinkedIn. Jihyun obtained the "AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner" certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2021. In February 2020, they achieved a TOEIC score of 980 from ETS. Jihyun obtained the "OPic AL" certification from ACTFL in January 2020. Additionally, they obtained the "German Zertifikat Deutsch B1" certification from Goethe-Institut e.V. in February 2015.
