Koray Tulgar

Koray Tulgar is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries, including finance, education, and energy. Currently serving as CFO for Tosyalı Holding since August 2023, a Fortune 50 company in Turkey, Koray oversees Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Tax, Budget, and Strategic Planning. Previously, Koray was the Group CFO and Board Member at Türkiye Petrolleri from May 2020 to August 2023, and held similar executive positions at Zülfikarlar Holding, Feyziye Mektepleri Vakfı, and Bayraktar Grubu among others. Koray's career began as a Research Assistant at Boğaziçi Üniversitesi, followed by key financial roles including Executive Vice President at Banca Turco Romana and Planning & Financial Control Manager at Pamukbank. Koray holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Wales and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
