Katy Rich

Katy Rich SHRM-CP is a seasoned professional in talent coordination and recruitment with extensive experience in project management and graphic design. Currently serving as a Talent Coordinator at Total Comfort Solutions since May 2023, Katy previously held various roles at Northland Communications Company from August 2018 to April 2023, including Recruitment and Training Coordinator, Recruitment and Training Specialist, and Marketing Coordinator. Prior to that, Katy worked at DixDigital Prepress from May 2004 to August 2018 as a Project Manager, focusing on project management, file adjustments, proofreading, graphic design, and copyediting. Earlier career experience includes positions at CME as a Production Artist and at Oneida Container as a Package Designer. Katy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York Cortland and has additional education from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
