Lawrence Roberts

Lawrence Roberts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management across various industries. Currently serving as the General Manager at Total Comfort Solutions since July 2019, Lawrence previously held the position of VP of Operations at Star Service Inc., where operational discipline in heating and cooling services was developed. Prior experience includes roles at Johnson Controls, where as Regional Sales Manager, Lawrence led a team across eight states, achieving $65M in sales and transforming the sales culture. Earlier career positions at Ashland Inc. encompassed product management, marketing strategies, and customer service enhancements. Lawrence's foundational experience includes serving as a Lieutenant in the US Navy, overseeing nuclear plant operations and training. Lawrence holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
