Loy M. Miller

Loy M. Miller has a long history of work experience in the financial field. Loy M. began their career in 1999 as an Accounting Manager at Teleflora. There, they supervised the preparation of consolidated financial statements with $165 million in revenues and over $1 billion in credit card transactions. Loy M. was also responsible for cash forecasting and budgeting, as well as assisting in the due diligence process for two acquisitions and securing $3 million in purchase price reductions.

In 2002, Miller moved to Rotational Molding Inc. as a Controller. Here, they supervised the preparation of consolidated financial statements with $48 million in revenues and 11 divisions, as well as prepared and filed sales tax returns in nine states.

Miller then moved to Wesco Rental Business, LLC in 2007 as an Assistant Controller. In this role, they supervised the preparation of financial statements for five self-storage and equipment rental companies, and presented strategic recommendations for executive management including budget and cost analysis.

Most recently, Miller has been working as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Management member at Total Corporate Solutions since 2019. In this role, they are responsible for all aspects of accounting, banking, budgeting, cash management, financial reporting, human resources, risk management, regulatory & tax compliance for three operating companies. Loy M. also implements and maintains internal controls to ensure financial procedures are properly functioning.

Loy M. Miller obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Accounting from the University of Southern California. Loy M. also obtained a Certified Public Accountant certification from the California Department of Consumer Affairs in March of 1992, and a General Engineering Contractor (Class A) certification from the same institution in July of 2011.
