Muhammad Farooq

Muhammad Farooq has a diverse background in technical support and IT project management, currently serving as a Level 1 Technical Support professional at RF CUNY since January 2017. In addition to this role, Muhammad has been involved in various IT projects as an IMAC technician at Total Deployment Solutions since April 2016. Prior experience includes working on the M&T Bank technology conversion project with One Tech in February 2016 and serving as a Help Desk Technician at Columbia University Department of Psychiatry and New York State Psychiatric Institute for a brief period in late 2015. Muhammad holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Brooklyn College, an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from City Tech, and a CCENT Certification from the Cooperative School of Technical Education. Additionally, Muhammad completed a program with the NPower Technology Service Corps in 2015.
