Ignacio Sanchez has worked in a variety of roles since 2002. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Sales Assistant for Costumer Service, where they were responsible for VOIP phones sale and Cisco representant assistance. In 2004, they moved to HSBC Bank Argentina, where they worked as a Back Office, providing Costumer Service and Account Opening and Credit Cards sales. In 2006, they joined IBM as a SQA, and also worked at IBM - Banco as a Qa/Tester Junior and Tester Semi Senior, where they were responsible for Analysis and reviews from Functional Specifications, Creation and Execution of Test Cases on Web UI, Functional, Regression and Smoke Testing, and Test in different OS. In 2007, they joined Gilbarco Veeder Root as an SQA Manager, SQA Lead, and SQA SSr, where they were responsible for Team Coordination, Execute test cases on site with the customer, Define UAT test plan and test cases, Define acceptance criteria and test scenarios, Analysis and reviews from Functional Specifications, Creation and Execution of Test Cases, Functional, Regression and Smoke Testing, Defect Creation and Tracking. Finally, in 2020, they joined Total Performance Consulting as a Software Quality Assurance Manager.

Ignacio Sanchez began their educational journey in 2003 when they attended Standard Bank Bussines School, where they earned an International Commerce Technician degree in the field of International Commerce. In 2009, they enrolled at Universidad Centro de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Exactas, where they earned a Lic. En Sistemas degree in the field of Sistemas. In 2010, they attended IAE, where they did not earn a degree but studied HR. In 2011, they attended Scrum Alliance and earned a Scrum Master degree in the field of Agile Software Development.
