Rick Leonard

Rick Leonard has extensive work experience in healthcare facilities management and operations. Rick is currently working as the COO at Total Point Healthcare Inc. Since 2023. Previously, they worked as the CEO and COO at Advanced Dallas Hospital & Clinics from 2020 to 2022 and as the Director of Facilities Operations at the same organization from 2020 to 2021. Before that, they held the position of Sr Associate at OneEQ from 2018 to 2021. From 2013 to 2017, Rick served as the Director of Facility Operations and COO at Walnut Hill Medical Center. Rick also worked as the Director of Support Services at Weatherford Regional Hospital from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, Rick served as the Director Global Facilities at Mannatech from 2005 to 2010. Rick started their career in facilities management at Tulsa regional medical center, where they served as the facilities director from 1987 to 1994.

Rick Leonard graduated from the University of South Florida in 1983 with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Before attending the university, they completed their high school education at Lakewood High School from 1976 to 1979. In 2020, Rick obtained a certification in Developing Credibility as a Leader from LinkedIn.
