Max Dubiel

Max Dubiel is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience in design and production. Currently serving as the Head of Creative & Production at Total Politics since May 2023, Max manages cross-departmental design projects, overseeing a team of creatives and producing diverse work across print and digital media. Previously, as Creative Lead and Head of Production at Dods Group Ltd from September 2022 to April 2024, Max drove the design development of editorial content and enhanced business growth through successful designs for commercial clients. Max's career at Dods Group PLC spanned over a decade, starting as a Junior Artworker and progressing to Senior Designer, contributing to various publications. An academic background in Graphic Design was obtained from the University of Cumbria, where Max completed a BA (Hons) degree.
