In roles including Sales Support Operations Director and Director of Carrier Services, Rachel has led teams focused on top-tier customer service, optimized operational efficiency, and implemented process improvements. With a strong foundation in employee development and workload management, Rachel has successfully managed diverse teams and driven projects to enhance departmental performance.
