Shannon Sutton

Shannon Sutton is an experienced Maximo consultant with a diverse background in asset management and systems architecture. Currently a Sr. Maximo Consultant at Total Resource Management since February 2016, Shannon has held various roles, including System Architect at Computerized Facility Integration and Maximo Engineer at SAIC - AMTRAK, where responsibilities included requirements gathering, process flow mapping, and training material development. Prior experience also includes project management for Maximo upgrades at EMCOR Group, Inc., and supervising service desk operations during major program transitions at Fluor. Shannon holds an IBM Certified Deployment Professional credential in Maximo Asset Management 7.1 and has completed vocational education at Crowville High School.
