Nancy Nesti

Nancy Nesti has extensive experience in workforce solutions and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Workforce Solutions Partner at Total Staffing Solutions Inc. since July 2020. Concurrently, Nancy also holds a position at Total Talent Resources. Prior to this, Nancy was the Talent Acquisition Manager at The Xcel Group from October 2015 to June 2020, where the focus was on staffing for light industrial and distribution roles. Nancy also worked as the National Sales Manager at Automated Business Designs, Inc., developing staffing software used nationally. Earlier in Nancy's career, a long tenure as Vice President of Client Relations at JobGiraffe, one of the oldest recruiting firms in Chicago, showcased expertise in permanent placement. Educational background includes a BA in Liberal Arts from the University of Iowa.
