Sandy Huerta

As Director of HR, Safety & Compliance, Sandy works with the leadership teams to promote best practices and drive the human resources aspect of Total Staffing Solutions. For over 15 years Sandy has helped drive the direction of the risk management program. Her leadership in safety and compliance has catapulted Total Staffing to an industry leader in this field, and earning national recognition for the risk management program. Sandy is the chairman of the TSS Educational Committee, leading training and education programs for both internal and external staff. She is also Chairman of the Social Committee, focused on the commitment to giving back to the communities we work in and other outreach initiatives. Sandy has truly helped Total Staffing become the firm we are today.
