Sherri Godfrey

Sherri Godfrey is an experienced operations manager with a diverse background in logistics, customer service, and training. Currently serving as the Operations Manager for Total Transportation of MS since June 2019, Sherri oversees the Jacksonville Florida terminal, managing a substantial fleet that includes over 875 trucks and 3,500 trailers. As Manager of Global Supply Chain & Domestic 3PL Operations at JZ Expedited Logistics since May 2015, responsibilities include supervising the LTL/Volume shipping division while identifying business development opportunities. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Landstar Inway, overseeing a team focused on supply chain management, and Senior Call Center Manager at AT&T Convergys, managing a large customer service team. Sherri began the career at AT&T Information Systems as a Customer Service Representative and held a management position at American Express, emphasizing training and development.
