Cecile Libot -

Cecile Libot, PhD, has extensive experience in product safety and regulatory compliance, currently serving as Responsabile Sécurité Produits and Chargé de veille règlementaire at TotalEnergies since September 2002. In this role, Cecile coordinates chemical regulations, ensures product compliance, and monitors substances of concern. Additionally, Cecile has participated in project management methodology working groups and coordinated various Quality projects, including the implementation of DFMEA methodology. Previous roles include Ingénieur Produits, managing development projects and technical relations with automotive OEMs, as well as serving as an Enseignante at IFP School. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Chemist at Chevron, where Cecile developed first fill coolants for automotive groups. Education includes a PhD in Electrochemistry from the University of Southampton and a DEA in Chimie hétéro-organique from Université de Rouen.
