Evelyne Tan-Brouard, ICF PCC, EMCC SP, is a seasoned coach and consultant with extensive experience in leadership development and talent management, primarily within technical industries. Since January 2015, Evelyne has held multiple roles at Evelyne Tan, providing supervision and mentorship for coaches, as well as coaching and consulting for senior executives. Currently serving as an ICF PCC Professional Certified Coach at TotalEnergies, Evelyne focuses on enhancing leadership skills and team effectiveness. Previous roles include Group Talent Development Manager at Albéa Group and a lecturer at ESSEC Executive Education, in addition to a career in business development and marketing within Air Liquide and Galderma. Evelyne’s educational background includes advanced degrees from The Wharton School, University of Michigan, and ESSEC Business School, complemented by technical training in engineering.
