Farookh Khan

Farookh Khan has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Farookh started their career as a Network Engineer at Gemini Communication Ltd in 2009. Farookh'sresponsibilities included monitoring network availability and maintaining IT equipment. In 2012, they joined spanco respondez bpo pvt ltd as a Network Engineer, where they managed the data network operation center and handled user authentication. In 2013, they became an IT Support Engineer at VISIONAIRE TECHNOLOGY GROUP, where they administered the IT infrastructure and provided technical assistance to customers. Currently, Farookh Khan is working at TotalEnergies as an Information Technology Team Lead. In this role, they manage a team that provides IT support and resolves software and hardware incidents for clients.

Farookh Khan completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Computer Engineering from Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, between 2003 and 2008. In addition, they obtained the ITIL V3 Foundation certification from ITIL Certified in 2016, the MCP certification from Microsoft in 2015, and the CCNA and CCNP certifications from Cisco in 2010.
