Micha Roon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering, innovation, and blockchain technology. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports various innovation projects by mentoring technical staff. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, among others. Micha's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and additional studies in Fintech at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
