Olivier Bourgeois

Olivier Bourgeois has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2002 to the present, they have held various roles at TotalEnergies, including President of Global Administrative & Rh, Senior Vice President Global Human Resources, Responsable administratif et financier, and Director of Human Resources Recruiting. Prior to TotalEnergies, Olivier worked at the Ministère de l’Économie et Finance as Directeur de cabinet from 2000 to 2002. Olivier also served as Conseiller en stratégies de communication at the Cabinet de la Première ministre from 1998 to 2000.

Olivier Bourgeois obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Environmental Engineering and Structure from Mines Paris, completing the program from 1990 to 1995. Additionally, they received certification in International Communication and HR Management from Harvard University in 2012.
