Olivier Insolubile

Olivier Insolubile possesses extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, particularly within the energy sector. Since March 2009, Olivier has held the role of M&A Legal Projects Manager at Total, focusing on structuring M&A initiatives for the Refining and Chemicals branch, including a joint venture with Aramco and US recycling sector acquisitions. Previously, Olivier served as M&A Project Manager at Total Holding, overseeing M&A operations in marketing, services, and renewable energy. Earlier in the career at Total, Olivier worked as Senior Counsel in M&A and Finance, specializing in corporate finance, acquisitions, venture capital in clean tech, and debt restructuring. Prior experience includes serving as Legal Manager of Structured Finance at CMA CGM, where expertise in asset tax-based financing and securitization transactions was developed. Olivier began the legal career as an Associate at Pech de Laclauze Marguerit Lagrange after earning a degree from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole.
