Teslim Ibikunle

Teslim IBIKUNLE has over a decade of experience in the telecommunications field, currently serving as the Head of Telecom Projects and Network Operations at TotalEnergies since April 2010. In this role, Teslim directs telecom infrastructure projects for deep-water assets, ensuring alignment with business priorities and digital initiatives. Previous positions include Telecom Maintenance Engineer and Telecom Project & Commissioning Lead, where Teslim successfully coordinated and led significant telecom projects. Earlier career experience includes IT Support Engineer at Pillar Oil Limited and Transmission Planning Engineer at Airtel Nigeria. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Personal Mobile and Satellite Communication from the University of Bradford and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ilorin, alongside a recent qualification in Design Thinking.
