Emily Bacchus

Emily Bacchus has worked at three different companies in their career. Emily started at the NHS in 2013 as a Medical Receptionist. In 2014, they joined Liberis, where they have held five different roles: Operational Risk and Compliance Officer, Underwriting Team Leader, Underwriter, Funding Coordinator, and Underwriting Coordinator. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Compliance Manager at TotallyMoney.

Emily Bacchus attended Greenford High School from 2002 to 2009. Emily then attended SOAS University of London from 2009 to 2013, graduating with a BA Japanese (2:1). In 2018, they obtained an AML for Fintechs certification from ACAMS. In 2020, they obtained a Compliance Officer Level 3 certification from One Education, as well as a Fraud Management & Anti-Money Laundering Awareness Diploma (Level 2) from New Skills Academy (part of BE-A Education Ltd). Emily also has a TEFL level 2 certification from UK-TEFL.
