Felicity Winkley, PhD (Assoc CIPD)

Felicity Winkley, PhD (Assoc CIPD), has a diverse work experience. Felicity has worked as a People Director at TotallyMoney since 2023. Prior to this, they were a Trustee at CareDogs Charity helping develop the organization's working culture and volunteer engagement. Felicity also served as a People Director at Papier between 2021 and 2023. Before that, they were Head of People at TotallyMoney from 2016 to 2021. Early in their career, they worked as a PA to the Director at TylerMandic Ltd from 2013 to 2016, and as a Student Engager at UCL from 2012 to 2015. Felicity's experience in management and HR also includes the role of Clinic Support Manager at London Urology Group from 2010 to 2013.

Felicity Winkley, PhD (Assoc CIPD) earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Archaeology from the University of Bristol in 2008. Felicity then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Artefact Studies from UCL from 2009 to 2010. Felicity continued their academic pursuits at UCL, obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Heritage Studies within the field of Archaeology from 2010 to 2016. Additionally, they have also completed the CIPD Intermediate Certificate in Human Resource Management from CIPD Qualifications.
