Jennifer Gould has worked in a variety of roles in the CRM and marketing industry since 2011. Jennifer began their career as an Education Department Liaison Officer at Fitzwilliam Museum Society in 2011. Jennifer then worked as a Casual Mansion Assistant at Valentines Mansion in 2012, followed by an Operations Support Assistant at Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure. In 2013, they held roles as an Arts Management Trainee at City of London Festival, a Fundraising Work Experience at Britten Sinfonia, and an Administrator at Cambridge Summer Music. In 2015, they worked as a Membership Engagement Assistant at The British Museum. Jennifer then moved to Royal Academy of Arts in 2016 as a CRM Executive. In 2018, they became a CRM Executive at PhotoBox and in 2020 they were appointed CRM Manager and Senior eCRM Executive at TotallyMoney.

Jennifer Gould attended Woodford County High School for girls from 2002 to 2009, where they studied English Literature, Fine Art, and Music. Jennifer then attended the University of Cambridge from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History of Art. Most recently, in 2021, they completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson in the field of Marketing.
