Jennifer Solomon has a diverse work experience history. Jennifer started their career as an Operations Assistant at Penner Law Firm, LLC from June 2009 to June 2013. After that, they worked as a Tutor at First Choice College Placement from September 2013 to March 2015, helping students prepare for the SAT. Jennifer then joined Lauralton Hall in April 2014 as a Campaign Manager, where they prepared written communications and presentation materials for the school's capital campaign. In 2016, Jennifer returned to Penner Law Firm, LLC as a Closing Associate until October 2018. From October 2018 to January 2022, they served as a Branch Communications Coordinator at Total Mortgage. Jennifer then took on the role of Chief of Staff at Total Mortgage from January 2022 to March 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Communications Officer at Total Mortgage, where they direct the alignment of business strategy and objectives with internal and external communications campaigns. Jennifer spearheads the internal communications program, develops mission and value statements, and supports the CEO in drafting organization-wide emails.
