Michael Kraus

Michael Kraus has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael began their career in 2002 as an Arena Club Shift Manager at Mohegan Sun, where they managed staff and oversaw the distribution of tickets. From 2004 to 2005, they worked as an Account Executive at Environmental Data Resources. In 2005, they joined MaidPro as an Office Manager, where they managed two branches, scheduled staff, and focused on client retention and marketing opportunities. In 2010, Michael joined Total Mortgage Services, LLC as a Content Creator and Editor, helping to launch a successful blog and contributing to the website redesign. Michael later became the Marketing Director and Senior Project Manager, overseeing a talented team and implementing successful inbound content marketing strategies.

Michael Kraus attended the University of Connecticut from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
